Welcome
Most of Great North Woods Rider's ATV Club's trails are on 8,000 acres of the Perry Stream Land and Timber Co. Pittsburg New Hampshire. This area is located between Indian Stream and Perry Stream in Pittsburg, NH. Approximately 100 miles of trails range from graveled roads to tight woods trails with some muddy areas. A few trails run beside Perry Stream and Indian Stream providing nice views and opportunities to do a little fishing.
The club is working on connections for new trails into other areas of the North Country. We are always looking for great volunteers and members. Please join the GNWR by printing the Membership Application and sending it in with your membership dues. Please read our Trail Use Guidelines before heading out onto the trails.
Also, the club is in need of volunteers to help with the upkeep of the trail system. Anyone who has time to bring quality ATV riding to the Pittsburg, NH area is encouraged to contact the club. Your help will be greatly appreciated!
First Annual ATV Blessing To Be Held in Pittsburg
Our recent letter indicated that there will be a surprise at our spring kick-off event. At this time, we are pleased to announce that Farnham Memorial United Methodist Church has approached us to provide a blessing of the ATVs at this kick-off held at the Yamaha lot in Pittsburg on Saturday, May 25. Beginning at 9:30 a.m., Pastor Paula Fletcher of Farnham Memorial UMC will bless the ATVs prior to the Poker Run which will begin at 10:00 a.m. Please promote this event with your friends and plan to attend the first annual ATV blessing. Farnham Memorial UMC has also made arrangements for a winter blessing for snowmobiles so stay tuned for more information in that regard.
